Setup & Logistics:

Just Add Water: All you need is a level surface and a garden hose. Please plan ahead, as the tank typically takes about 3 hours to fill.

Safety Meeting: If we deliver for a public event, a mandatory safety meeting will be conducted 10 minutes prior to the start of the event to ensure all operators and participants are briefed. If you pick up the tank, we will provide paperwork with suggested safety measures.

Delivery or Pick-Up: We offer professional delivery, or you can opt for pick-up. (fee for delivery)

Pick-Up Requirements: You must have a vehicle with a 2″ ball hitch and working trailer lights.

Returns: It is suggested that a minimum of two people return the tank to allow for easy removal from the hitch and placement of a block at the same spot it was picked up from.

Liability: Any damage to the tank or the vehicle pulling it is the responsibility of the renter and will be charged to the card on file.
