Our Signature Chevron Reception Bar is a hand-crafted, 6′ Early American Pine centerpiece designed to be the functional hub of your event. Featuring a distinctive chevron-patterned front, this boutique rental includes two full-depth interior shelves with ample space for organized storage of liquor bottles, mixers, glassware, and bar accessories.

The versatile “L” shaped extension is specifically designed to house an ice bucket, keeping refreshments chilled and accessible without cluttering the serving surface. For maximum flexibility, this extension can be positioned on either the left or right side, allowing the bar to be configured to perfectly match your specific venue layout or traffic flow.

The “Don’t Forget the Details” Checklist

Before you finalize your rental, check this list to ensure you have the small essentials that keep the party moving:

  • [ ] Fuel & Heat: Do you have enough Sterno for each Chafing Dish? (We recommend 2 per dish for a 2-3 hour event).

  • [ ] Serving Utensils: Have you booked enough tongs, ladles, and serving spoons for every dish on the menu?

  • [ ] Ice Management: Do you have an ice scoop for your coolers or the reservoir in your beverage dispensers?

  • [ ] Beverage Service: If using our glass dispensers, do you have chalk for the labels to identify your signature drinks?

  • [ ] Linen Coordination: Do you have tablecloths for the food prep area and napkins for the bar station?

  • [ ] Power Needs: If using our 3-burner hotplates, do you have a heavy-duty extension cord for your venue setup?

  • [ ] Cleanup: Have you considered a few extra bus bins for clearing glassware and flatware efficiently?
