Booking & Payments
Booking Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your items and event date.
Final Balance: The remaining balance is due in full 2 weeks prior to your pickup or delivery date.
Installments: All payments made are non-refundable. These funds cover the time and resources already dedicated to your event (consultations, preparation, and administrative costs).
Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit, or debit in person during our regular office hours.
Adjustments & Substitutions
Quantity Adjustments: We understand guest counts change! You may adjust quantities based on your final RSVPs (e.g., changing a chair order from 200 down to 170).
Deadlines: Final numbers are required 3 weeks prior to your event. If not provided by this deadline, the original invoiced quantity will be supplied and charged.
Substitutions: We allow item substitutions provided the new items are of equal or greater value.
Cancellations: Once items are listed on an invoice, they are marked as unavailable to other clients; therefore, cancellations are not permitted.
Weather & Setup
DIY Focus: We are primarily a DIY rental company. However, professional setup and teardown can be arranged for an additional fee.
Weather Policy: No refunds will be issued due to poor weather on the day of your event.
Pickups & Deliveries
WE DELIVER! If you prefer to pick up your items, please note the following requirements:
Enclosed Trailers Only: All pickups must be made using a fully enclosed trailer (a “box on wheels” with a roof and four sides).
Securing Your Load: You are responsible for securing your items. Please bring your own ratchet straps (highly recommended), rope, or bungee cords.
Cleaning Fees: A minimum $40.00 cleaning fee will be applied if items are returned with grease, mud, stains, or markings due to improper transport or dirty trailer floors.
