Final balance is due the day before delivery or on the day of pickup. CANCELLATION CLAUSE – I understand that 2 weeks’ notice needs to be given for cancellation of any rented items. If an item is canceled within the last 2 week period a 40% fee will be applied to the credit card. Cancellation due to rainy weather is allowed. Clouds do not warrant a cancellation. If your event is rained out during the first 3 hours we will pro-rate the fee and reschedule your booking for another date. A full charge is warranted if you cancel any time on the day of the event with one exception, if it’s raining at the start of your event. COVID POLICY – Our rental policy will stay the same (as per the rental agreements) for all our items except in the following conditions: If we are ordered to go in a mandated lock down If someone on our team is affected by covid and therefore we cannot provide our services If either of these situations happened then the customer will receive a full refund on the items/order booked with us.
